Can I get a valuation of the item that I once cancelled?
Yes, we can. However we might not be able to give the same valuation as before as the popularity and demand of the items change time to time.
Can you take the items that are not subject to sell?
Yes, we can if you wish to get rid of them.
Identification
Why is it necessary to present my identification card?
According to Secondhand Articles Dealer Act, it is necessary to present a photocopy of the identification card (driving license, insurance card, passport etc.) to sell things.
Do I need a copy of my ID card every time?
You need to present your ID card just first time. Please include it only when there are changes in contents.
What are valid ID?
We need one of them below.

What brands of clothes can I sell?
We mainly buy clothes of Drawer but we also buy clothes of similar brands. Brand List
Can I sell non-Drawer clothes?
Yes, you can!
However, we may not be able to buy non- branded or fast fashion branded clothes.
We cannot buy【clothes that can not be worn】 such as those with holes, tears and dirt.

Can I sell items other than clothes?
Yes. we also buy your bags, shoes, hats, scarves, jewelry and other fashion accessories.
Can I sell men's or kids' clothes?
We are sorry, but we do not buy men's or kids' clothes.
Valuation Standards
How do you decide the prices?
We decide the price from brand, design, product state, sales time, second-hand market price, sales performance etc.
Do I get a better valuation if I sell things that are in the season?
There is no change in valuations due to the season. However we increase valuation prices of some brands by season. High-valuated Brands
What is the standard for raising the assessed amount?
The new price, the popular model, the item with good condition will be UP rated price.

Is it better to put the application form in each box when I send multiple boxes?
No. Please enclose it in just one box.
The number of goods is small, and there is room in the box.

Can I put clothes and shoes together in the box?

Is the shipping company fixed?
We are sending Yamato Transport's payment slip on Applicatioon kit. If you prepare by yourself, there is no particular designation.
